Salvo Strength and Conditioning uses a methodology of programming with a deliberate attempt to optimize physical competence in each of ten recognized fitness domains.

These are: Cardiovascular and Respiratory Endurance, Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Coordination, Agility, Balance, and Accuracy.

Baseball  /  Softball

Our team will help strengthen your core and hips while providing you with the conditioning needed to excel in your sport. We will also work with you on ways to prevent injuries.

Wrestling

Our team will help you generate explosive movements through olympic lifting. Conditioning workouts will include, but not limited to rowing, running, jumping, biking and other body weight movements.

Football

Athletes will perform lifts such as power cleans, hang cleans and snatches to train the body to have explosive movement generated from the hips and core. Our team will also provide workouts for conditioning, speed and agility.

Soccer

Our team will use workouts designed to optimize cardiovascular endurance. Strength workouts will include lifts such as cleans, deadlifts, squats and other functional movements.

Volleyball

The strength portion will include Olympic and Power lifting movements to build explosiveness. Conditioning workouts will include, but not limited to rowing, running, jumping, biking and other body weight movements.
